Get a random password from this website: https://www.grc.com/passwords.htm copy it into the "RADIUS Shared Key" box, write it down somewhere, you don't need the whole thing 8-12 characters(numbers and letters only) should do.

PS. This is what I do myself it may be a bit troublesome to do but it is fairly secure in my opinion.
