I don't think I've ever seen them before.. so I wouldn't know where to download them. You could always try making them yourself. Just take a screenshot of each, cut it out and paste it onto a blank PT icon background.

As for your second question, people would have to download them to see them. You can't transfer files to other client's computers, no matter how small. Meaning, if it isn't in their Always or Data folder, then they can't see/hear/use it. That goes for any sound, model, texture, ect that you might be thinking of.
