My drives began acting up a while back. Randomly i had no problems, othertimes it would act as if it was trying to open (you'd hear it budge) however it would just stop. I think for my situation is has to do something with the little motors/wheels ( I have no clue how it works TBH ) in terms of it ejected. There is either dust, something causing it to stick, or its just hardware failing.
So i use a pocket knife to play around in between the tray and it usually acts as the initial budge to get it to move out like normal. When i close it i press the button and all is normal.
