Yep, Just basically fool around with the colors. I personally enjoy "Blue".

I like mine, when your over the enemy, the blue turns dark red and the hd_recticle_hit turns bright red. So basically when over the enemy you can only see the inner circle.

But that's just me, everyone has there own style.
