Running the game as administrator and in compatibility mode
Disabled User Account Controls
Turned off the unneeded start-up items and unnecessary services through the System Configuration Utility i have tried all this and cant get it to start the first window comes up then it says it quit working what can i do

i have also tried to move the folder to my programs file but nothing there a step by step from the start would be nice
