Too bad when i made the screenshots it was the 3rd time playing that mission.When I first played the mission,I had the same problem.I restarted,killed all Nod,rescued prisoners and i did all the secondary and primary objectives,but i got stuck in the same place.The 3rd time i realized that it is a problem with that mission.But I still think that i shouldn't kill the captain before the mission requests it.Maybe this is it?
