Obama has absolutely no fucking clue what he's going to do with the economy. He's already made it clear, by changing his plans, that he isn't confident with his original intentions. While I commend him for not being a stick in the mud, people really should stop praising him because he is nothing more than a typical politician.

My biggest issue with Obama is that he has made it painfully clear that he wants to socialize everything in America. That's not what America was founded on, and it's not a system America can thrive on.

But he's not going to. I seriously doubt that the United States will be a socialist paradise anytime soon. You only have to look at his keeping Robert Gates to see that Obama will be following a relatively centrist position.

Nothing big will change within six months, let alone four years. It'll take time for any of his reforms to take full effect, and their consequences to be realized.
