I wouldn't buy anything used if I knew it had been overclocked. Overclocking reduces the lifespan of components; even if they're running fine now whoever buys them might be unpleasantly surprised in the future. I'd pay by component, but not for the graphics board or CPU- it's like accepting a lung transplant from a smoker, or a heart transplant from someone who weighs 400lbs when there are healthy organs available instead. Damaged goods just ain't worth buying.
