Well assuming you get all the necessary cables and adapters it should work, but quality might suffer, especially for the TV as it goes through so many adapters.

Also, be careful with audio splitters, some of them will split into left and right channel, so you end up with the left channel coming out of one set of speakers and the right channel out of the other set, rather than the full audio out of both.
