Take a look at the start button carefully. See the part of the logo that sicks up above the taskbar? This isn't possible with XP skins or themes, even using alpha channels.

Also, you're not going to ever get the quicklaunch icons so close to the start bar in XP.

Logo? Looks pretty much the same as this and this was taken feb '07 I hadn't got around to doing the icons but everything else looked like vista.
