Distributing the password for a "Private" server in attempts to utilize it as public. Passwords are to be used by members of the server team and distributed to corresponding opponents during a time of match or practice. Excessive use of a server resulting from the mass distribution of a "Private" server password can result in breach of contract.

Klan-Host's servers do not permit nor promote warez, cheats, cracks, or any violation of copyright laws and breach of contract on it's servers. Failure to notify Klan-Host of such violations by players on the servers results in a breach of contract. Any client found to be utilizing such items or enhancements will have services immediately suspended resulting in investigation and possible termination of services. Klan-Host are not responsible to refund the customer if they are experiencing so called "lag" or "latency".

Access via FTP to game folders is to upload MPMissions and alters the servers configuration, it should not be used as a fileserver.

Although, you can remove it for an extra 5 dollars a month. Still, I'd rather get a dedicated server.
