Two respected members of cw.cc and the ren-community battling it out on stuff like this tells me that there are some real problems. I get the impression there are other things at play here, too.

Then I'll fill you in.

I'm hosting a 1v1 Field tournament, with prizes from EA. TD was a participant.

TD and simpee impersonated two other participants and meticulously created fake game results, and posted them as though they were real. I DQ'd them for this.

(I made a grand total of one post announcing the DQ. That's all. It wasn't even the main content of the post.)

TD and simpee complained about it OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I didn't even reply to the majority of them, I'd already said all that needed to be said.

so, I'd dropped the subject right after I clicked the DQ button - TD kept bringing it up over and over again.

shortly after that, Clanwars.cc has a community match against Xphaze. You may know that I'm in charge of the Clanwars team in community matches, meaning it's up to me to pick the team, supervise for good behaviour, etc. TD apparently wants some revenge over being DQ'd so he tries to fuck it up, he lies to our opposition saying I'm not on the team (when the team was never his to pick in the first place), tries to get them to kick me, etc.

Even after he did that, what did I do in response?

NOTHING. I didn't ban him from anything, I didn't make a post saying how gay he was, I didn't announce that he'd be excluded from future community matches (which would be absolutely justified and is my right to do if I see fit)... I didn't do ANYTHING in response to his faggotry. You can be fairly sure Jelly would not be so lenient.

What happens next?

He carries on bitching and whining about the DQ. I eventually suspend him from the CW for a time, as a mix of all three of the above things - the tournament offence, the community match bullshit, and the fact he just can't stop whining about the disqualification (he even says I "ruined the tournament", which is basically a mix of stupidity and overblown self-importance)

Later there's a thread on renegadeforums.com which has nothing to do with CW or the tournament or the community match... just me replying to something JPNOD says. TD starts crying about the situation AGAIN, despite the fact that unlike him I did nothing wrong anyway, and he lies to everyone about what happened. I prove he's lying, he keeps changing the subject out of his insatiable desire not to admit he was wrong about something.
What do you know, he does exactly the same on Jelly forums too, in the same context - in other words, a thread which has nothing do to CW or the tournament or anything of the sort, is turned into a bitchfest by TD.

All I've done in response is point out the parts in which he's lied to everybody to try to get them on his side, point out how wrong big chunks of his "arguments" are, and let people know the truth of these matters. All we've had in return is TD changing the subject every time he's wrong or he's caught lying about something, and post after post after post desperately trying to prove how angry he isn't. As if anyone cares how angry he is, least of all me.
