hey thanks for the input,

i am running 64 bit vista so all my ram is showing Smile

i tried using the drivers that came with the card but vista would not let me install them, kept telling me there is something wrong with the drivers or that they were not compatible cant remember exactly what it was. but it would not even let me install the 64 bit vista version of drivers.

i never updated the mobo drivers, so i guess i should start with that. also i tried to stress test the system and it always froze up. ofcours i was using ntune, which even on the nvidia forums i was told is a piece of crap so i am going to try memtest and rivatune this weekend.

however one thing i dont know how to do is flash my bios.
as far as i was told i download some iso file and put it on a floppy or burn it on cd, then put it in and reboot? and it should take over from there? or are there some sort of programs that flash bios? also if the latest version of bios make my system unstable is there a way to go back? just take out the battery on the mobo? or insert the cd that came with my mobo?

yeah thats why i never bothered with it... too much can go wrong
