I know what map your on about but i have no idea where you can download it anymore. However you can get his latest one from here http://modx.the-pitts.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=417. It includes the Orca Bomber and the Nod Banshee plus also a Nod Repair Vehicle and GDI Recon Bike & Haver MRLS. It has lots of new stuff in too. Basically it's his MIX template you can use in LevelEdit except the link I gave you is the actual map made with his template. All the units are in the template and you can download it on the Mod Exchange. It has all of the units from the other map plus more.
I take it you was looking to test the Banshee and Orca and not the terrain. The new map has them but the terrain is different, it's an actual playable map SgtMay made.
