Same, however, just touch something metal before hand, when opening the computer, I usually just touch the PSU or cpu heatsink. Thumbs Up


I have never worried about that while building/working on a pc. The whole concept is pretty dumb really. You have to build up a significant charge to actually do any kind of damage to your off pc. If you think about it you will lose your positive charge just opening the case.
