I have http://bl4ckdmon.gleebot.com that I hardly use, Gotzow can tell you how fast the download speed is, uptime is pretty much 24/7 (or until my friend dave doesn't pay the bill  )

It's pretty good for a free service I got, I only use it to host porn and some important files that I'll need after I format.
If you want to leech some add me on msn (msn in on my profile) and I'll get you the ftp info.
I don't offer a domain so you'll have to buy that yourself and redirect it to the server's IP, But I can get you a database if needed. 
Presence is a curious thing, if you think you need to prove it... you probably never had it in the first place.
