I blame some of the kids that want their lives to be easier, and therefore take it to court.

A little girl who's parents were divorced, was over at her father's house. He told her to get ready for something and she wasn't done in time or something like that. So he spanked her with a wooden kichen spoon through her jeans. She told her counseler and her dad was charged with child abuse becuase she didn't do what she was told and was punished.

I also don't think that parents should have their visitaiton rights revoked on heresay. Slightly bad example but, in Santa Clause, Scott Calvin's visitaion rights were revoked because his kid was telling people that Scott was Santa. The reason the visitation rights were revoked were because Scott was starting to look like Santa, and Neil thought that was bad for Charlie's mental health. What they should have done instead of straight out revoking his right to visit Charlie, the court should have talked to Scott's doctor about his white hair, abnormal facial hair growth speed, and how he gained 45 pounds in a week. That court was just wrong.

It should also be harder to get a divorce without strict evidence. That is also a problem with kids. They think that they don't have to be married. Religion, Starbuzz, might be bad for some things like world peace, but you do have to admit that people that have a religion like Christianity are much less likely to get divorced and still have stable households that nonreligous people.

My problem is, that I know what I mean, but I can't type it. Hopefully you know what I mean with all this.
