Spectate + Fraps + VirtualDub&Xvid codec + youtube right? Also, youtube quality sox, perhaps put it on a couple of servers and spread it by torrent? BlackIntel could host the torrent, and perhaps together with noobstories/bhs?

I agree but replace XviD codec with h.264/x264. Higher quality.

Hmm, true, but also larger size right? Also, I think the Xvid codec is more widely used, so less compatibility issues.
