What's a P4 plug? Is it the 4 pin connector for the CPU, if it is then yes, that's plugged in.

Ive taken all the memory out and attempted it that way, from what I hear it should still do something onscreen to tell you that you have no memory.

I don't think I can try my old PSU because its only a 300W so it wouln't have a chance at running this.

It didn't come with a booklet, but the online manual doesn't mention anything about lights.

I have the board and everything layed out on my desk on top of an anti-static bag and have been starting it with a screwdriver for tests.

Nothing is working, my theory is that the motherboards 4 pin power connection is faulty so the CPU isn't getting power. That could explain why absolutely nothing is showing up onscreen.
