Did you attach the P4 Plug, check if all cables are attached, 24ATX pin, p4PIN, 6pin for VGA, ecta ecta.

What "kind" of powersupply did you get with that new rigg? How much does it deliver on the 12V? read the sticker of the side and post the value's.

It's hard testing, as I assume you don't have a DDR2 motherboard in your old rig, else you could see if the RAM is "ok"..

The Video card 8800 works on your old rig from what I read?

If that's the case then:

Motherboard, Mem left... maybe powersupply depends on what brand and value that PSU can deliver.

Try the PSU on the old rig.

to make sure, mem and motherboard are left.
