What if he is trying to distribute it? I know its legal to use it personally (though some politician is trying to make it illegal) if he is making it available to other people to download, then its illegal.

im not tryin to sell the damn stuff im am just trying to save space on my zune player, because i recorded the tv movies with me windows media center tivo program, and it also recorded the commercials so i am just tryin to save some gigs
