The Merovingian wrote on Mon, 06 August 2007 12:18 | I bought a Wii from ebay but didn't read the description properly and it arrived tampered with. I reread the description and he did say that he attempted to install a modchip but failed, and now the ribbon cable connecting the drive board to the logic board is broken.
So i'm asking upon you here who have had issues with their wee to see if Nintendo will actually make a replacement one for me and i send this one back.
I'm going to e-mail them about this describing what it came here like and see if i get a reply.

ROFL! Just a normal case of self-owned.
There's a shop on Slater Street called "The Chip Shop 2000", There a local import shop for games and consoles.. They also repair, I'm not sure if they repair Wiis.. But you could ring them.
Also, They charge £10 when you drop your console off (Thats mainly for the parts to fix it) then when you go to pick it up you pay a extra £15 to pay off the rest of the parts and for them fixing it, If it's more difficult to repair, They charge extra.. so yeah.
There number: 0151 708 0022
Also, good luck!
Presence is a curious thing, if you think you need to prove it... you probably never had it in the first place.
