What processor do you have? You say it's an AGP board, and most processors of that age will bottleneck the likes of a card like the X1950 Pro and 7800GS. If you're processor isn't too great, it might be better to get something like a 7600GT. Just a little FYI.

For the card you linked to, you need a power supply rated at at least 450 Watts. Anything higher is also fine. Anything lower is not.
Wattage isn't the most important thing. Amperage on the +12V rail(s) is.

Sir Kane is right too. Quality over quantity. Don't get a PSU just becuase it has high wattage. There are ALOT of shitty quality PSUs that are rated high just to take advantage of that consumer misconcepton. Brands like Enermax, Sparkle, Thermaltake, and Antec (I know I'm missing a few) are good. All of those 500+watt PSUs for less than $40 are to be avoided.

If you end up needing a new PSU, give your budget and someone can give you some choices.
