How do I add an image to my Siggy?????

I wan to add that to my Siggy, but it is way too big, so how do I shrink it?? and how do I make the e-mail addresses hyperlink so you can e-mail the people by just clicking their e-mil address, I used Macromedia Flash to make it If that helps you out????
Please do not post pictures with the IMG tag that exceed the width of the forum table. I would recommend Irfanview for image resizing, it's the best freeware graphics viewer, period. ~L3f7H4nd3d

well...
i know how to resize..just open paint or what not and lookin the options and whatnot and click resize..
make it about 300-400X50-120 i should think is ok

I didn't put the Information email (your email) because you already have it listed as text in your signature. Most people, if their question would not be directed to either the president or concept artist, would automatically ask you anyway.
