Ironically, that's pretty much how it went. He had copied Terms of Service from Reyox Communications, LLC (I'm friends with the CEO and he let me use his ToS by direct permission) and they threated to call his father -- so he removed the content.
Anyway, I had a reasonable chat with him yesterday and he apologized (again) so we'll see where this goes. I try not to hold grudges against anyone - so as long as he keeps his nose clean and stops copying my content I'll try to control my temper towards him.
