I recently bought this one. Kind of has it all.

The only imaginalbe downside is that, if you have an ubersized 3d card, it slightly gets in the way when you try to hook up 6 harddisks.

But Im afraid it will exeed your budget.

Ofcourse I can recommend it, but that would look silly, since it's the only mobo i've used of the current generation, without comparing with others. I can just confirm that it gives you everything it promises you.
