I am thoroughly ticked off as I see this happen too often. Will someone please answer ANGEL above Thumbs Up

You guys are not even helping him, you're just leaving him hanging, he and alot of other people you leave hanging need answers, hell, you don't even explain it to them thoroughly, you do it half assed as if some of these guys are supposed to know the jargon, you guys are getting lazy when it comes to "helping" it seems. Many of us can't get in for the same reason. I have already tried talking to black hand support on n00bstories IRC and nothing. They don't even answer and I have waited for at least an hour on numerous occasions. What the heck do you plan to do about all this?
