Yeah that program Madtone posted a link to at the ModX works great. Otherwise IrFan view is an excallent graphics converter. I used it to convert the 100 or so PCX format icons from Red Alert to JPEG. Also if you press the "T" key in IrFan view you can bring up a thumbnail view of all your screen shots.
