They're not skins. Skins have the extension .dds
Those are models, with extension .w3d. For now, remove them from your data folder if you want to run Renguard or run C:\Westwood\Renegade\game2.exe if you want to run Renegade without Renguard.

Renguard is a wonderful initiative
