Oh, I'm sorry. I meant to link to the English patch; I have no idea how I did that on accident. Blush

Anyway, those .w3d files could have been caused by the Chinese patch, if you didn't get those from a site or something. I hate to say this, but I'd reinstall once more (make sure to delete the Renegade folder when you uninstall!).
