Well, yeah, I guess you're right, unless you count in-game glitches like base 2 base attacks or tunnels beacons cheating, or hosts violating the rules they set up for their servers, such as booting people for not being snipers and then nuking up the place themselves. And let's not forget ever wonderful aimbots and clickbots, and if you don't belive they exist. I'll send you a copy of the one I have. So if none of those count a scheating, then you're right.
