Never stay still unless your hiding and know the area of where the enemy is, and most time it is bad to use scope and just aim for the top of the targeting box even though it might be only a speck (rookie snipers have a tendency to stay in scope and not move or just keep straffing back and forth making you an easy target for the more advanced player who will only use scope for about 2-3 secs then dodge then scope again making the shots while in scope) Though scope makes heads nice in big, i would suggest to not use it at all once you become skilled without you will have the upper hand on another player who is reliant with it. being able to straff/run and jump while they have to make a pause to scope which will give you an easy hs if you aim for the top center of the red box.

and yeah it is just good to practice, use multi practice if you keep getting ripped to pieces in multi
