You could try using Portable Firefox from www.portableapps.com, but there's a good chance your school will have blocked the "normal" internet, only allowing traffic through their proxy. Sad
This happened at my school, but I can still use Firefox by setting up the proxy server. (Although I'm not sure the admin's take to favourably to me using their proxy for FTP and SSH traffic, despite the fact I discovered it can)

Alternatively, there are hundreds of proxy sites out there, the Admins can't block all of them. I've been using the one at www.yaphog.org for a while now, secretly, and nobody's blocked it yet. Big Grin
