It can happen (without cheating) if you have a bit of lag, and if you try to use the PT through the wall when you're right next to the vehicle. I tried to replicate it yesterday and fraps it, but I was only able to get into the vehicle normally. So, unless I'm able to do it later today, you'll just have to see the aftereffect in an old clip (the voice you hear is vloktboky): clip
