That's incorrect
Most routers allow you to open any port you need and forward
it to your PC in your local network. It's called
Port address Translation (PAT), in conjunction with Network Address
Translation (NAT)
When people ask me "Plz" just because it's shorter than "Please" I feel perfectly justified to answer "No" because it's shorter then "Yes"
