both
muck with the harvestor settings will increase/decrease it's stats.mucking with the nodes (takes forever) simply lets the vehicle go at the maximum speed it can do according to its stats
but you may need to locate the harvestor leveledit uses, there are copys and fakes throughout leveledit's directory-try looking in the menus under "global settings" to find the filename for the harvestor.
