Sarcasm aside, there is no perfect weapon. Like everything in any good game, there is no perfect weapon, vehicle or unit.

Snipers will swear by the Sniper Rifle or Ramjet Rifle.

Tank killers swear by the Personal Ion Cannon or... whatever weapon that short Nod guy carries... can't remember the name right now. It's good on anything really, but the reload time and the fact that it carries a VERY limited ammo load are hindrances.

Of course, advanced weapons will always be better than the basic Auto Rifles or Shotguns etc.

IMHO - the best weapon is the Mobile Artillery's cannon. Very Happy
