Remove all of your results files, then add them back in 5 or 10 or so at a time. Narrow it down to the files that are actually causing Renstat to crash. Then delete the moronic file and Renstat goes back to work. I find this happens rather randomly and I have no other fix than that.

Other than this bug Renstat is the best ladder software IMO.
