I believe that I installed Core Patch 1 some time ago when Core Patch 1 was offered as I was signing on to a Renegade game from GameSpy. Yesterday when I selected a game from GameSpy, I was taken instead to a screen which offered Core Patch 2. I don't know whether the patcher downloaded patchall.zip or cp2.zip.
After I encountered the installation problem, I chose to ignore the Core Patch 2 update when I later selected another open game to play. Do I need to download the patchall.zip and/or the CP2.zip file to complete the upgrade to Core Patch 2?
