Your first duty in a free democratic state:

Protect the democracy. Authorizing such thing can lead later to what happened to Germany 66 years ago. The parents should be arrested for promoting racism and violence. You would tolerate terrorism? would you? This is worst than terrorism. You don't let evil spread. You cut the grass under his feet before he even knows what you will do.

The parents should be arrested and the kids should be re-educated as it's not too late for the tiny twins.

Well it's just my point of view, you are right with the free speech but at some point, democracy should put a limit to protect itself.
