All that would do is hurt the stores in that state. There is this thing called the internet (you may have heard of it or even used it before!) where you can buy things and get around ALL the taxes. There is also snail mail which also allows you to buy stuff out of state and a state line where stupid laws/ideas/taxation go away. And wtf is wrong with soda? Who does this guy think he is that he can tell me what is undersirable??? The only thing I see undesirable in that article is the fact that anyone would vote for someone that functionally retarded ...
