I don't know what to do,
I just want to play some renegade, online or single player...
This all happend since I installed Renguard,
This happens when I start with Renguard:

Can't find entrypoint from precedure ?Detect_Bandwidth@@YAKKKHAAHAAKKPAUtBandtestSettingsStruct@@@Z in DLL-Document Bandtest.dll

First off, it seems to be the almost ubquitous, albeit harmless, error 17 that the CP1 installer is spitting out. Second, apparently your bandtest.dll is goofed, give me your AIM or MSN and I'll send you a copy of mine.
