I tried it but it still doesnt work,
the following text appears when i try to start renegade:

If you experiance problems with renegade (e.g. renegade wont start, always.dbs missing, wrong language), make a note of what this program says and report it to Blackhand Studios.
Language ID = 0
English Detected
Removing old always.dbs
Removing new german always.dbs
Removing new french always.dbs
Renaming new english always.dbs
Now renaming scriptsx.dll to scripts.dll
error 17

I don't know what to do,
I just want to play some renegade, online or single player...
This all happend since I installed Renguard,
This happens when I start with Renguard:

Can't find entrypoint from precedure ?Detect_Bandwidth@@YAKKKHAAHAAKKPAUtBandtestSettingsStruct@@@Z in DLL-Document Bandtest.dll
