Eh, you just deleted the program to actually run Renegade.
One way to fix what you just did would be to download a no-cd patch. You can get one from www.unrules.com. Just look at the lower right for something that says No cd. After you download it, extract it somewhere, and rename game.exe to game2.exe and put it in your westwood\renegade\ directory. It should work then.
