I don't think that ignore will stop the flood. Because they can still make new nicks to flood you.

You can get the nick that is spamming you, by going ingame (host a 1p game), then when you get invitation declined. Type /r x (doesnt matter what you reply with, but /r x is faster than /r THISISATEST)

You should see the nick that floods you now. But it's probably not a nick that's used for playoing normally. Anyone can quickly make a nick these days...
