No.
Check your firewall settings if you cant connect to WOL.
I actually had this same problem not too long ago, appeared my
ISP f00ked up some things, you could as a last resort try
to email them about it.
Its common these days to have to Abort / Retry / Abort / Retry
connections for WOL all the time when trying to login. Its
because EA gave WOL the "best pc's around" .. (not)
Your message "version mismatch" means you have content in your
data dir which is not allowed. Such as vehicle models, objects.ddb
bones.ini etc.
Remove them.
In the other case, a mod on the server is not setup properly
causing players to not be able to join.
