1) Click start � run. Type "command", press enter. Type "sfc /scannow". You may need the disk you installed XP from.

2) Who made the computer? Do they have technical support? If so, call them.

3) Does the video card have a tech support #? If so call them. If you have having this issue than 1,000's of people have also so a few calls will let you know if the video card has anything to do with it.
