My whole goal for this design was to make it "neat" and "organized" and "presentable."

I know, but I'm sorry to say that it just doesn't look that great. Okay, well, if you want to use that one...

1. The banner
The banner is compressed like my mom's rice crispy squares. Fix it.

2. The background
You can probably stand to make a black background with maybe a scan line put lightly overtop.

3. The tables
It's the tables with the content that need fixing. Change the color to something other than the background, you want the content boxes to be different from the background.

Yeah, that's about it. The simplicity is wonderful, however Very Happy
