To Fix it

Uninstall your Renguard

After that Got to (Start > Run > Regedit)

And Delete This Reg key

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\Contralset001\Service\SVKP

And If you Use AntiVir Go Update it they Fixd the Problem
