Ok... I'm a little slow so you will have to bare with me... You take dvd. You don't give it back. They fine you for stealing their product so they can restock.

Tell me again how this is news. Or how it can be taken seriously.

Like i said. I'm a little slow.

Uh, no... You rent the movie for a week or whatever, you have a week after the due date to bring it back before you have to pay a small fee. If you keep it for a month after the due date then you have to pay the retail price for that movie/game
